Welcome to IshaaniMarg. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
IshaaniMarg is a platform that connects devotees with qualified pujaris (priests) for authentic Vedic ceremonies, pujas, and spiritual rituals. We also offer spiritual products and educational content related to Hindu traditions and practices.
To use certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
When you book a puja service, you enter into a contract with the assigned pujari. IshaaniMarg acts as a facilitator and is not a party to this contract. We do not guarantee the availability of any particular pujari or service.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. The price you pay will be the price displayed at the time of booking confirmation.
Payment must be made at the time of booking through our secure payment gateway. We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our cancellation policy.
You may reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to pujari availability. Rescheduling requests within 24 hours may not be accommodated.
Pujaris must meet our qualification requirements and pass our verification process. By registering as a pujari, you agree to provide accurate information about your qualifications, experience, and expertise.
Pujaris must perform all ceremonies according to Vedic traditions and maintain professional conduct. Failure to meet service standards may result in account suspension or termination.
Pujaris will receive payment within 3-5 business days after completing a service. IshaaniMarg retains a service fee as specified in the pujari agreement.

All content on IshaaniMarg, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of IshaaniMarg or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Our platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or reliability of services provided by pujaris.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IshaaniMarg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IshaaniMarg, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IshaaniMarg regarding the use of our platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
